My style of coaching it a little different than standard trainers. I am not a weight loss focused coach. Now I'm not saying I can't help you lose weight... but I do not promote a focus on what we can lose. I do not provide meal plans or macros, I do not ask for progress photos or weigh ins. If this is what you are looking for, I'm not the coach for you. Instead I prioritize fitness and nutrition education with manageable lifestyle modifications to encourage sustainable whole body health. I believe health is more than your weight, but encompasses your mind & soul as well. My ultimate goal is not to retain clients, but to empower you enough that I'm the last coach you'll ever need.
I am NASM certified with 25 years of personal athletic experience up to the D1 and USAW National level, with 4 years of coaching experience. I have coached cheerleading, gymnastics, weightlifting and general health & fitness.
